Blackview BV9900 Actual success story backup and restore to BV9900 Pro?

Msw4chl I screwed up initial install of some tools having relied upon Google for backup. I can recover files and even some apps, and I can reset to factory install state, but does anyone have success with a tool to restore a BV9900 Pro to a prior state?

Hi Mark.
Are you referring to restoring a previous Android/system version?
In that case I have to mention that we neither recommend nor support a downgrade.
