Umidigi S3 Pro Where can I find the launcher setting for the Umidigi S3 Pro

I would like to add more rows and columns in the launcher that came with Umidigi S3 Pro. The normal location for the settings is when you press the empty spot on the launcher and you are able to see settings, eidgets etc. Would appreciate if you could advise me.
On the other hand if there is no way to add rows and columns in this lauincher are you able to recommend another launcher for this mobile.
