gbom1990 My one phone will not charge I don't know if it's the phone's port or the wire what can I do?

Hello gbom1990. Have you already tried using a different charger cable?
But from experience I can tell you that Umidigi's batteries are not the best. Most of the time they are deep discharged, so unfortunately it only helps to keep trying to charge them.
