Cubot R11 Charging problem
My cubot r11 is not charging , it usually brings the charging sign and the indicator light is usually on but even after charging it for hours , it still doesn't leave the percentage at which I started charging it .

Hello, Samuelson. Restart the machine. Have you tried using a different charger cable?
