Kay09 Carnt ring or text out carnt receive either to just goes to answer machine.

Has the provider already been contacted to rule out problems there?
If the data connection works, I assume that there are no reception problems in the network, right?

Kay09 I've put sim card in different phone and worked fine. Everyone in my household on same network o2.

If no calls are possible, please check if a call barring is activated.
To fix errors in SMS sending, you could check if the message center (SMSC) is set up correctly.
