Oukitel K9 Not receiving sms

Chris Oukitel k9 isn't receiving sms. Sends fine but doesn't receive.

Isabel Hello Chris,
did you, by chance, block the sender of the SMS? This happens sometimes without you wanting to. Can the sender call you? Or are there different senders and you receive none of the sms? Is there enough storage on your device so sms can be saved? If there is not enough storage free, sms wont come through.
You can test your device if you put in another sim card. If this sim card receives sms, then it's your sim or provider at fault, if not, it's the device.
