Oukitel C15 Pro My Android password
I have just moved my sim from my old iPhone into this new Oukitel. The first message which comes up is a request for my android password! I don’t have one! So what is my next move??

Hello, Toadflax!
If the device is really new and you have not activated a screen lock, you should contact the seller and ask what's going on.
If you don't get an answer, the only thing you can do/try is reset to factory defaults and hope it will solve this issue.
Greetings!
How do I reset the factory defaults? I bought this from an online company that I now realise was probably a bit dodgy some time ago and have only just overcome my reluctance to switching from my trusty but old iPhone. I don’t know if I can track the sellers down!
Hello again!
You have to start the recovery mode, then use the volume buttons to navigate to "wipe Data / Factory Reset" and confirm with the power button.
Click on the following banner to get more information about entering recovery mode:

How to start and use the recovery mode
Android The recovery mode is some kind of second operation system that is made to save the Android device if nothing works anymore. But what exactly can i do with the recovery mode and how do i use it? Recovery-mode: What's that? [caption id='1947'...
GREAT help! Thank you +++. Have done all this and bypassed the problem, etc. One more problem, though (wouldn’t you just know it): my sim does nit seem to be working in the phone. Any suggestions?
That pleases us! Thank you very much for the reply!
There could be several reasons for this. Has the SIM card already been activated by the provider?
Another reason would be a defect of the SIM? Can you test it in another device?
Another reason would be a defect in the SIM reader of the device. Do you have the possibility to test another SIM card.
It's all about troubleshooting.
