I have a new Oppo Reno phone and when I called someone today, it cut me off, then when they rang me it cut me off again.  Finally I put it on speaker and we spoke for about half an hour, then it cut the call off again.  Is there a time limit that I need to adjust?

Hello Cuzzy,

there is a forced separation built in by some mobile carrier, but this happens automatically after two hours and can't be turned off. More likely is, that either your mobile carrier had problems that day or your call app did bug. You can try to change your network type to 2G, this should help a lot.

If this still happens again, try to restart the device, clean the app cache and, if necessary, delete the app storage.

Greetings,

Isabel
