Cubot R15 Pro self- powering off and on
1. The phone has got to become virtually useless. What started as a once every few days problem has escalated to today with it powering itself off six times so far.
At first I thought the rubber case was pressing on the power button so I cut around the casing so as not to touch the power button.
No difference.
The problem is infuriating! I bought it through amazon and have discovered how impossible it is to get any kind of support.
I have had the phone literally 35 days now.
2. Also, about a week ago, one of the two speakers packed up making the sound tinny. I could live with this but not the phone powering off.
HELP ME please...
Were the phone working properly I would be very happy with it...Andrew

Hello, Andrew.
The fact that the device switches itself off might be due to a system error, you would have to reset the device to factory defaults to find out.
AND: The fact that you only own the device for 35 days shouldn't cause any problems in a warranty case at Amazon, but have you ever used the telephone support to describe the problem correctly?

Thanks Denny, being unused to using amazon and it`s multitude of options and finding how to use their webchat facility, I appear to have had two solutions `solved` though still waiting for confirmation.
A very nice man called George was brilliant at helping me out and I now await feedback from the supplier regarding the phone and it`s problems. George got all 5 stars for his help...
George also suggested the reset option though I am reluctant to do just yet because of the apps and data I have on the phone which would need backing off and then re-installing after a reset.
Having got to grips with the amazon support system, I am a lot more confident now...
