Huawei P9 Hisuite not able to connect to server

Daddymac I have connected phone to dell laptop via usb and when I follow the download of hisuite it says unable to connect to server. I have made sure that HDB mode is open. Can you help.

If you have already checked if HDB is enabled, there is no other option that you can enable or turn on.
