My Doogee N20 will not access the the Sky Mobile Data Network in the UK!

My previous Doogee X5 Pro worked perfectly until Doogee decided to stop supporting it beyond Android 5.1. My apps all began failing one by one!

I have tried creating APN data according to Sky's requirements as far as possible. There are some items referring to MMS that are not on the Doogee list.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem with my Doogee N20 in Portugal. My operator is NOS and the lack of mobile data only happens on this smartphone. I have also tried to create a new APN according to the NOS operator, with no result. If you solve your problem, let me know; I will do the same if I fix it here.

I think this is a general problem of the Doogee N20.

If a factory reset has already been tried to fix possible system errors, there is no other option.
