Alcatel 1B (2020) Clock on home screen

Bought a 1B for my Mother but can't configure a clock on the home screen, just on the lock screen.
What I'm doing wrong?

Hello. What exactly is not working? The clock is added to the home screen using a widget. Something like this:
Android 9 | LG UX 9.0
- Tap and hold a free area on the home screen
- Tap on Widgets
- Tap an hold desired Widget
- Ziehe das Widget an die gewünschte Position
- Adjust options if necessary and confirm with Apply

Have you installed and activated Nova Launcher for example, to check if it's because of the default launcher from Alcatel?
