YAMAY Fitness Armband No Display
All that is showing on the display is a full battery with a happy face. We have not been able to see data from previous days for the last 4 weeks or so even though we sync every day. Full display until 24 hours ago now it is stuck on the happy battery.

It looks like the fitness tracker had a system error. Do you still have access to a tracking app to reset the device?

Sorry I'm not very tech savvy, what app do I need to access?
If I'm not mistaken, the manufacturer recommends an app. More Information should be in the manual of the fitness tracker.
I've attached it to Strava and we have detailed data for the last month and summary data since November (when it was purchased), the item is now going flat but when we plug it in it says 100% battery
I wouldn't rule out a defect in the battery, but the tracker would still have a warranty to fall back on. I would recommend you to contact the seller.
