Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro Proximity Sensor is not working

sarajit I am recently bought a Redmi Note 9 Pro. It has been observed that phone’s proximity sensor is not working and screen is lit and it doesn’t turn off during phone call.
May guide how to resolve the issue so that screen will be turns off during phone call.

- Open the Phone app
- Open the Settings
- Tap on Incoming call settings
- Enable or disable Proximity sensor
