Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Problems with emergency SOS mode

Jaspper My phone is having issues regarding to the emergency sos mode. The sos mode starts on its own and then my phone switches off and starts restarting. It keeps showing the startup screen but wont start

This sounds like a system error. Do you have the possibility to start the recovery mode and perform a reset?
