Normally you can customize the icons of the quick launch bar by tapping the Edit button.
However, if your device has a system error and the Edit button has disappeared, you will have to wait for Xiaomi to update.

- Pull down the status bar
- Swipe to last page
- Tap on Edit
- Tap and hold a Setting/Function
- Move the Icon to the postion you want
- Confirm with Done
