Umidigi F1 how to change default ringtone

ccggss I can not change the ringtone on the umidigi F1 ,
Settings has location to change sounds , ringtone and notifications but changes are not saved
Only one ringtone is available Beat Plucker , which is quite useless
Can anybody help
