Hello marjorie!
To insert a SIM card into the Ulefone S1 you have to remove the rear cover (or backcover) of the device.
There is a notch on one corner of the device, which you can use to open the cover with your fingernail.

marjorie thank you for your reply which has been a great help, however i am still having difficulty, i think my tf card is the wrong size. would you please tell me what size you are using.
