Karen123 Hi we don't have any sound on the ulefone note 7 can you help? Its stays silent with incoming calls and notifications

I have to ask..:
Have you checked the settings to make sure all sounds are activated? What about the volume control?
Did you possibly activate the phone on Silence or Do not Disturb?
