Xerxixes My phone got a ulephone update not an android update but an Ulephone and now it will not turn on how do i fix this...

Please try to force the smartphone to start by holding the power button for at least 10 seconds.

Xerxixes tried that it wont even turn on and holding power button does nothing.. been on charge for a day... red light saying its charging was on but thats it power plus volume down and up... to do a hard reset nothing works...

If you have already tried everything, then I think the battery has a defect,
because a reset via the recovery mode is usually always possible.
