Samsung Galaxy A10 Reset since repair
My phone has come back from repair and I cannot use it. All I get is instruction from Google to log in to account but it does not recognise me. I’ve recovered the account. I’ve tried creating a new one. I don’t even want my Google account, I want to use my phone! Help please?

Hello!
You will need to sign in with a Google Account, and if you forget your password, you can reset it.
Greetings!
I've already done that. It just goes back to square one every time.
Hello again!
To be clear, we're talking about the initial setup of the device, right?
Greetings!
No. It has been away to be repaired (broken screen). I've just got it back with this problem. I cannot get past the Google account screens.
Hello again!
It may be due to a system error.
Try to reset the device via the recovery mode.
- Switch off the phone
- Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time (Note: Some devices require the charger cable to be connected)
- Navigate to the menu item wipe data/factory reset using the volume buttons
- Now confirm with the option Yes - delete all user data
Thanks for that. I've done it and it has made no difference. The phone is still asking me to log in with a different account. I think I must have a Google Account that I've forgotten the details for. Any idea how I could find this?
Hello!
If you no longer have access to your Google Account, you can´t activate it anymore. This is purely a security measure from Google to protect smartphones and the personal datas from theft.
If you just forgot your password, you can reset it using the following link, as already mentioned above.
Greetings!
