Can you describe the problem a bit more detailed?
Are the incoming calls not displayed in any way but only announced by the ringtone?
Have you ever tried to empty the cache of the Phone-app?

brinker My phone rings also but the incoming calls are not displayed and no way to anwer them. Used to show phone number or person and I'd swipe up to anwer. Now nothing shows up at all but it still rings
Hello brinker. then the permissions will be missing. if you are not so important to the data (call history, etc.) of the phone app, then delete the data of the app.
