Oukitel K10000 No device can senses my Oukitel K10000 if it is a wifi hotspot.
When i make my K10000 as a hotspot, other devices can see it but none of them receives its internet.

I could tether with my old worse phone without problem. Then I bought Oukitel K10000 and its not doing.
So i think tethering is allowed.

Unfortunately, there are not many settings that could block this.
Have you installed an antivirus app that may not allow you to connect other devices?

No. I did not.
I think I tried being a hotspot shortly after I bought it when nothing was installed by me. And i dont really use special apps which modifies my phone settings.
I was looking for Oukitel communities on the net, but i donno why, i did not find.
And Oukitel did not answer.
What I think...maybe my phone is a waste. I mean the tethering chip or what...

What you could try would be a reset of the network settings.
If that doesn't help, the most you can consider is a hard reset.
If that doesn't help either, it will be on the phone, and the question is whether it's the software or the hardware.
