If you want to switch off your LG device, you can do this by pressing and holding the side on/off button for at least 2-3 seconds to open a menu that allows you to switch off the LG device.

Force switch off

If there are problems with the LG device, it is also possible to force the device to switch off by pressing and holding the power button for at least 15 seconds, after which the device switches off.
