LG How to Lock or Unlock Home screen layout

On the home screen of the LG device, app shortcuts and widgets can be moved around by simply tapping and holding, but this happens unintentionally from time to time. Once you have set up your home screen, you can lock it in the preferences, which means that you can't edit/change the home screen as long as the option is enabled.
