emporia SMART.3 background noise

roggidan we have bought my mother an emporia smart.3 phone, but all our contacts complain about a very strong background noise when we are communicating with her phone... (both WhatsApp calls as well as normal phone calls). On the caller side (mother) there is no such noise.
