Doogee Y7 Low Volume

Tshepang my Dogee Y7 has a low system sound , mic and speaker volume.
i want to increase it, how can i do it ?The engineering code (*#....3646633#*...) is not working.
Do you have any solutions for me please?

Isabel Hello Tshepang,
there is little to no option if the engineering code does not work, but you could try and install the app Speaker Boost from the Google Play Store. Please notice that this app is experimental and you should use it with care.
