hello John. if you cannot change the feature, it may not be supported by your provider. are you sure that WiFi calling is included in your contract?
Yes I am certain as my previous phone a Pixel 3a also on Android 9 allowed me to us wifi calling with the same provider. I just do not have the option to add a sip account in fact there ae a number of areas where the Android 9 operating system seems to be stripped down on my S 95 pro. Do I have a dodgy phone?
Android 9 supports Wi-Fi calling, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the Doogee S95 Pro can automatically do it. Unfortunately, the manufacturer usually offers very few technical specifications. In addition, I couldn't find any information on the Internet that the smartphone supports Wi-Fi calling. To be honest, I can't imagine that it does either.
Thanks Simon I was aware that there was nothing useful on the internet, I was under the impression that I was asking Doogee direct when I posted this question, obviously it is a user forum and not supported by Doogee. Guess i will have to look elswhere. John..
