Cubot King Kong No text sound?

Chelly Hi! I have all sounds/notifications turned on and I get a sound when I receive an email, but when I receive a text There is only a visual Notification, no sound or vibration. How do I turn this on? thanks!!

Hello, Chelly. When you say "text" do you mean a message (SMS)?
Check the app's notification settings to see if the notifications are muted.
