RamBV Screen stays black and does not come on when receiving a call. Must wake up phone to even access. Too many steps to answer the phone! Frustrating--cannot answer the phone before caller ends and forced to call bac

Please try clearing the phone app cache or deleting the app data if necessary, then restart the device and check if the problem persists.
