Blackview BV9600E Doesnt load next song when locked

zewels Hello. My phone when locked doesnt load, play next song or video like on youtube or some other sites that has autoplay and loads new page for next song, video. When i just pres unlock button it loads.. its like the phone goes to sleep or something when its locked.. i dont have powersaver on and background data is enabled. Its happening in chrome. Also i wanted to ask if this phone will get android updated to v10? Thanks!

Can you please check if the browser or the corresponding app has battery optimization and is not working in the background because of that?
