Power180 Is there any photo gallery app installed on the bv9600 plus phone initially or do I have to install a gallery app through play store? I cannot view my pictures. Is there a specific gallery app which needs to be downloaded for the phone.

hello Power180. usually on android smartphones the google photos app is installed. this should also be the case on blackview smartphones. if not, you can find the app in the google play store.
