Blackview A60 sim card not recognised

lemar5 tried 2 different sim cards in my brand new A60 but in the settings it shows sim card empty. Both sim cards have been tested in another phone and are working fine. Have tried putting the sims in both card ports but still showing as empty on the settings . Please advise.

Do you have the possibility to test another SIM card in the device?
If SIM card number 3 doesn't work either, I think the card reader has a defect.
