Blackview A60 Pro is the EU exit ID verify app compatible with this model?

Bajerova Hello,
I have just purchased a new Blackview A60 pro phone and I am trying to download EU exit ID verify app through google play but it shows as "app not compatible. This should not be as the gov.uk website advice that all android phone 6.0 and above should be compatible....
Is there anything else that has to be set up on a new phone prior downloading this app?

According to my information, the device must support NFC, which unfortunately the Blackview A60 Pro does not.
