If the "Do not disturb" mode is active, no incoming calls are transferred. However, we can enable All calls or allow marked contacts (favorites) in the settings. On Android, exceptions can be created to allow calls as follows:
- Starred contacts
- Contacts
- Anyone
- None
Note: If the device (not the Do Not Disturb mode) is set to Silent or to Vibrate, no calls will be heard even if an exception is set!
Android 14
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Sound & vibration
- Tap on Do Not Disturb
- Tap on People
- Tap on Calls
- Select Starred contacts, Contacts, Anyone or None
