Please check the battery settings and look for a function that sends notifications.
I also believe that this is the automatic power saving mode, which can be disabled.

Automatic power saving is turn on but no text mesage when full screen only reduce the lite on screen unniticed nothig else.bt way sistem is oreo go edition 8.1.is it normal to charge 7h..8h ? As if something were slowing him down..on apk ampere shows a voltage of 500mah max 580mah and fall down to 150mah thats preblem no2.tab is new 20h activ working

Alcatel pixi3 which I have 3y is charging after 2 and half or 3h to full charg and never had prob whit him
today my tab is showing notif. on 15% but he turn of aftert 10 sec. something wrong white battery I think ..tab must go on service again what do you think..10 days ago tab .was on service where is he back on factory reset and tell me evrtg is ok but isnt...what can I do. what can I say to service man because he tell me everything ok

I think that the battery simply has a defect,
if the device is not too old, this should be a warranty case.
